Hi! Im Campbell. I was injured when I showed up to Last Day Dog Rescue, but I have been recovering well and couldnt be happier about it. I am a very affectionate kitty and will spend all night watching TV with you on your lap, as long as youre willing to brush me and scratch behind my ears! Im a big talker as well, and will follow you around the house telling you about my day when you get home from work. While Im not a big fan of playing with toys, I love catnip, rubs, and treats more than anything else, and will seek you out to get my daily dose of affection.

There isnt a lot known about my background, but I feel much more comfortable when I know that I have a quiet spot to retreat to if things get too noisy. I am calm around other cats but dont have a lot of experience living with them.

Campbell is a male orange tabby, about 1.5 - 2 years old, and just about 10 pounds. He will need to put a few pounds on but has had a voracious appetite since getting fixed up by the vet. He will be ready for adoption towards the end of January, but you can put in an application now to meet and greet this lover boy.
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal.

The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label.

Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.
